1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We will notify you of any significant delays.


2. Shipping Timeframes

We ship from international fulfillment centers to offer you competitive pricing and a wide product selection. Estimated delivery times after your order has been processed and shipped:

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Business days do not include weekends or public holidays
  • Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times
  • Delivery timeframes begin once the order has shipped, not when the order is placed

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination address
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Shipping method selected

We frequently offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on qualifying orders. Check our website for current promotions.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • Link to track your package
  • Estimated delivery date

Tracking Tips:

  • Tracking information may take 24-72 hours to update after you receive your shipping confirmation
  • For the most accurate updates, track your package directly on the carrier's website
  • If tracking hasn't updated in 7+ days, please contact us

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

As your order ships from an international fulfillment center:

For U.S. Customers:

  • Most orders valued under $800 USD enter the United States duty-free under the de minimis threshold
  • In rare cases, customs may assess duties or taxes on certain items
  • Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by U.S. Customs and Border Protection are the responsibility of the customer
  • DoorToCart.com has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount

We ensure all packages include accurate customs documentation to facilitate smooth delivery.


6. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii (additional delivery time may apply). We ship to U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

We do NOT ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes (for certain oversized items)
  • Freight forwarding addresses (orders may be canceled)

Some products may have shipping restrictions due to carrier regulations or local laws. If your order contains a restricted item, we will notify you promptly.

Lithium Battery Products: Products containing lithium batteries (such as solar power banks and rechargeable devices) may have shipping restrictions to certain locations and may require additional processing time due to carrier regulations.


7. Delivery Issues

Lost Packages: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package:

  1. Check with household members or neighbors
  2. Look in safe spots around your delivery location (porch, garage, mailbox)
  3. Contact your local post office or carrier
  4. If still unresolved, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date

Undeliverable Packages: Packages returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, unclaimed package, or refused delivery may result in:

  • Reshipment at the customer's expense, OR
  • Refund minus original shipping costs

Delayed Packages: While we strive to meet our estimated delivery windows, delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier delays or capacity issues
  • Customs processing
  • Weather conditions or natural disasters
  • Incomplete or incorrect address information
  • Local delivery exceptions

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us. Per the FTC's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Rule, if we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, you may cancel your order for a full refund.


8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Your address should include:

  • Full name
  • Street address (no abbreviations)
  • Apartment/Suite/Unit number (if applicable)
  • City, State, ZIP Code

If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.


9. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers to ensure the fastest possible delivery. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.


10. Shipping During Holidays & Peak Seasons

During major holidays and peak shopping seasons (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc.), carriers experience higher volumes which may result in delays. We recommend placing orders early during these periods.

U.S. Holiday Considerations: Orders placed around federal holidays may experience delays as carriers do not operate on these days.


11. Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  1. Document the damage with photographs before opening
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  3. Keep all original packaging materials

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either through a replacement or refund.


12. Customs & Import Duties

All orders shipped to the United States qualify for duty-free entry under the $800 de minimis threshold for most products. In rare cases involving higher-value shipments, customs or import duties may apply.

  • Any applicable customs or import charges are the responsibility of the buyer
  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost
  • DoorToCart is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing
