Our Response to Valid DMCA Notices
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice that complies with the requirements above, we will:

Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Agent.
Your counter-notification must be in writing and include the following information as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3):
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that has been removed and the location at which it appeared before removal
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or the District of Delaware if outside the US)
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address

Our Response to Counter-Notifications
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will:
- Acknowledge receipt within 2-3 business days
- Forward the counter-notification to the original complainant
- Inform the original complainant of the 10-14 day waiting period
- Restore the removed material 10-14 business days after counter-notification (if no court action is filed)
Important: The original complainant has 10-14 business days to file a court action. If we receive notice that a court action has been filed, we will not restore the material.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users and account holders who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
Definition: A repeat infringer is any user who has been the subject of more than two valid DMCA takedown notices.

Good Faith & Misrepresentation Warning
