Q: Can I use multiple payment methods for one order?
A: Currently, we only accept one payment method per order. However, you can use Buy Now, Pay Later options to split payments over time.
Q: Do you accept PayPal?
A: We do not currently accept PayPal. We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Buy Now, Pay Later options.
Q: Do you accept cash on delivery (COD)?
A: No, we do not offer cash on delivery. All orders must be paid online at checkout.
Q: Do you accept cryptocurrency?
A: We do not currently accept cryptocurrency payments.
Q: Will I be charged in my local currency?
A: All charges are processed in USD. If your card is issued in a different currency, your bank will convert the amount at their exchange rate and may charge a conversion fee.
Q: Do you store my payment information?
A: We do not store your complete card details. If you choose to save your payment method for future purchases, a secure token (not your actual card number) is stored by Stripe.
Q: How do I know my payment went through?
A: You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your payment is successfully processed. If you don't receive it within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact us.
Q: Can I change my payment method after placing an order?
A: Once an order is placed, the payment method cannot be changed. If you need to use a different payment method, please contact us immediately — if the order hasn't shipped, we may be able to cancel it so you can reorder.
